Massage therapy has a detoxing effect on the body as it is an excellent way to eliminate metabolic waste and it stimulates the lymphatic system.

Swedish Massage - Allow yourself to let go and relax to the long, gentle, healing strokes of a Swedish Massage. Improve your circulation, ease muscle tension, increase flexibility and rejuvenate Mind, Body and Soul.

Deep Tissue Massage - Take care of deeper muscle pain caused by stress, overuse or injury with a Deep Tissue Massage. With this modality, I focus on the realignment of deeper muscle layers, connective tissues and muscle attachments. By breaking down muscle adhesions and allowing stronger circulation, your pain is decreased while flexibility and range of motion are restored.  Some techniques used in addition to deep pressure are Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Ortho Bionomy and stretching. 

Prenatal Massage - Relax, increase your energy and relieve discomfort during your pregnancy with a Pregnancy Massage.  I provide a wonderful, soothing body experience that will bring tension relief to your legs, lower and upper back, give better flexibility allowing your body to adjust to the physical changes it is going through as well as allow greater circulation and reduction in fluid retention.

On-Site Seated Chair Massage - If you are on the run but feeling a bit run down, enjoy my energizing Acupressure Chair Massage.  You will feel more alert and relaxed after just 15 minutes.
